Head of Laboratory’s Job Description

  1. Responsible to the LEPKIP Assistant Coordinator for all implementation of activities and work programs under the FAD division.
  2. Responsible for administrative activities related to documentation, archiving, and finance.
  3. As the authorizer to receive and spend money, in accordance with mutual agreement.
  4. Documenting, storing and hiding laboratory data and other matters deemed important.
  5. Managing internal and external laboratory correspondence.
  6. Recording and archiving meeting results.
  7. Inventory of laboratory facilities and infrastructure.
  8. Creating activity articles that are submitted through the laboratory website.
  9. Responsible for leading administrative activities for accreditation activities.
