Occupational Health and Safety will create the realization of the maintenance of good labor and also increase the productivity of labor itself. To optimize understanding of Health and Safety and how it  implementation in the industrial world in the company, then with the Work Design and Ergonomics Laboratory held a guest lecture is “ ELABORATE(Ergonomic Laboratory Talk Show) 2014″ with the theme “Implementing Climate Ergonomics and Safety Assessment at Work Productivity Optimization in Industrial World. “

This guest lecture was held on October 23, 2014 held at the Incubator Business Brawijaya University and opened by Mr. Ishardita testifying Tama ST., MT., Ph.D. as Chairman of the Department of Industrial Engineering University Brawiajaya. Speakers at the event were Mr. Teguh Supriyanto Ir.Nanang., MM, as the Environmental Manager and K3 PT.Petrokimia Coarse sand that  inform material on the implementation of K3 in the chemical industry. The second speaker was Mr. Burhanuddin ST, as Safety and Health Environment System and People Develompent Section Head at PT.Pamapersada archipelago. The event was also attended by UB Lecturer in Industrial Engineering. With the guest lecture, is able to provide more information about the application of K3 which has been obtained by students in courses in college. It is seen from the enthusiastic participants guest lecture by 150 people who attended this event.
